The lounge area is where that experience truly starts.

Object 1 | Reception area

Some collaborations naturally grow into something bigger.

This is already our second project with Object 1. After working on the renovation of one of their existing sales galleries, we were entrusted with designing a new one from the ground up.

The reception area is the first point of contact with the project. It sets the tone, creates the first impression, and reflects the brand’s identity long before the conversation begins.

Natural stone, warm textures, carefully balanced proportions, and thoughtful lighting come together to create a space that feels calm, refined, and welcoming.

Because every successful project starts with a strong first impression.

Layan Verde | Landscape Concept

Working on projects like this reminds us that landscape design is about much more than greenery. It shapes the atmosphere of a space, connects architecture with its natural surroundings, and brings the entire project together.

During our visit to Phuket, we continued refining the landscape concept, revisiting key design decisions and further developing them to ensure every element worked as part of one cohesive vision.

This approach allows us to create spaces that feel just as harmonious in real life as they do in the initial concept.

Court Tower | Open Space | Completed Project 2026

A well-designed workspace is always about finding the right balance between functionality, comfort, and privacy.

For this project, the central core became the main open workspace, accommodating around 10 team members. It was designed for everyday collaboration, focused computer work, and regular communication, while keeping the environment comfortable and efficient.

Adjacent to the open space are three private offices for the top management team. Each office was planned not only as a functional workplace but also as a welcoming environment for meetings with clients and partners, featuring a comfortable seating area alongside the executive desk.

Thoughtful planning like this allows every area to support its purpose while creating a cohesive and productive workplace.

Court Tower | Meeting Room
Completed Project 2026

This is where ideas take shape, strategies are discussed, and decisions are made that eventually become completed projects.

When designing this meeting room, the V.Concept team focused not only on aesthetics but also on creating a highly functional workspace. A large integrated screen allows for presentations, online meetings, and seamless communication with international partners.

Special attention was given to the material palette. The walls are finished with natural oak veneer featuring a distinctive waffle-like texture, paired with classic oak veneer to create warmth, depth, and a refined contemporary aesthetic.

It is details like these that transform an ordinary meeting room into a space that reflects a company’s values, reinforces its identity, and creates the right first impression from the very first meeting.

Court Tower | Shareholder’s Office
Completed Project 2026

For this project, the V.Concept Studio team was tasked with creating a contemporary office that reflects the personality and interests of its owner, a collector of contemporary art.

The concept is based on a combination of natural materials and expressive textures. One of the key features of the space is the custom shelving system finished with oxidized metal. The material was treated to achieve a distinctive surface and paired with decorative inserts.

Natural granite with a special flax finish was used throughout the office and complemented with metal details to create a consistent material palette. Illuminated olive trees and comfortable lounge seating add warmth to the space, while carefully selected window treatments complete the overall composition.

The result is a balanced and functional workspace with a strong material identity.

Court Tower | Private Shareholder’s Office
Completed Project 2026

For the V.Concept team, one of the key objectives was to create a workspace tailored to the lifestyle, preferences, and daily routines of one of the company’s shareholders.

While both shareholder offices within the project share the same material palette and overall design language, each space was developed individually with its own architectural identity and functional approach.

For this office, we designed a custom executive desk and a series of bespoke solutions based on the client’s specific requirements. Every element was carefully considered to support both productivity and comfort throughout the working day.

Particular attention was given to integrating practical features into the architecture of the space. A built-in coffee station, water storage solutions, and concealed storage systems were seamlessly incorporated into the design, allowing the office to remain clean, organized, and visually refined.

The Pakedor system was also integrated using principles commonly found in high-end residential home offices, providing convenient access to everyday essentials while maintaining the minimalist character of the interior.

We believe that exceptional office design is not only about aesthetics. It is about understanding how a person works and creating an environment that supports their habits, routines, and decision-making process every day.
