Healthy homes aren’t decorated. They’re engineered.

Natural materials alone aren’t enough.

That’s why our work goes beyond paint and flooring, we review the mechanical, electrical, IT/AV and plumbing systems too.
A home has to be designed and built as one whole system to truly support the health of the people living in it.
Take AC ducts, for example: if they’re made from toxic materials, pollutants and microplastics will keep circulating through the home, no matter how organic your paint or flooring is.

This is where we come in.

As client representatives and advisors, we work alongside the design and build team to make sure every part of the home, seen and unseen, supports our clients’ health.

Homes should be designed to support the health of the body, mind, and spirit.

The term “Longevity Home” and “Longevity Architecture “ is becoming popular, but we don’t need a new label to understand a simple idea: a healthy home is one that minimizes the environmental stressors that can affect our wellbeing, often without us even realizing it.

Creating a healthy home means carefully selecting non-toxic materials, paints, adhesives, and finishes; preventing mold growth; improving indoor air and water quality; and reducing unnecessary exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs), taking care of the invisible elements too.

Alongside modern science, I also integrate ancient wisdom to create greater harmony between people, their homes, and the surrounding environment.

This philosophy comes to life in Casa di Jupiter, Dubai’s first healthy home available for rent.
Because healthy living shouldn’t be reserved only for homeowners.

Casa di Jupiter has been thoughtfully designed from both a biological and energetic perspective to support optimal living and wellbeing.

In this project I acted as both the designer and home health consultant, I can definitely ensure that every detail has been considered to create a space that supports health and balance, allowing the home itself to become an active contributor to wellbeing.

The design concept combines Sacred Ancient Wisdom with Regenerative principles:

*Sacred Geometry

*Building Biology

Every proportion, angle, and pathway is designed to support natural coherence and harmonic resonance, a space where architecture becomes the first medicine.

Materials are chosen not only for non-toxicity and sustainability properties, but for their vibrational qualities : wood, limewash, organic materials and light interact to create a sanctuary that breathes with those who enter.

Conceived as a tuning instrument, Akari gently guides the body, mind, and spirit back into balance.

At the heart of the space, a Rose Quartz Crystal Pyramid amplifies this energy, radiating vibrations of healing and self-love.
Above, a dome constructed using sacred geometry principles enhances and magnifies these energies, creating a sanctuary that speaks to both soul and senses.

Seamlessly woven into the design from the dome, arches and circles to the handles details, these sacred numbers and proportions evoke a distinct sense of AWE that every visitor feels upon entering the space.
