📣 HIRING: Sales & Admin Assistant
Type: Full-time

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Sales Support

- Assist in reaching out to leads and following up with potential clients
- Help prepare and send quotations, proposals, or sales materials
- Maintain client databases and track sales activities
- Provide customer service via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Coordinate with the sales team on daily operations and targets

Administrative Support
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence
-Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Assist with basic accounting, invoicing, or inventory tracking (if needed)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Support general office tasks and team coordination

✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in sales support, admin, or customer service
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

- Track metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices

Admin Support (30%)
- Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Organize digital files and internal documents
- Prepare reports and basic presentations
- Assist with online research and data entry

✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media and/or admin work
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, Excel, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and reliable
