Interior Site Supervisor
Job description:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of the project sites to assure an unobstructed progress of the project.
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
-Control and monitor labor, material and equipment's and all related matters.
-Coordination in verification of material & vendor/supplier claims.
-Coordinating with Client in all site work activities under the guidance of Project Manager.
-To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis & update same internally to ensure timely completion of project site.
-Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.
-Make daily site reports
-Follow site safety plan and ensure that all worker working at site with full safety equipments.
-Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Mandatory : UAE Driving License
-2-3 YEARS UAE experience in designing interior of retail stores, commercial spaces, corporate offices, residential etc. required.
-Candidate should be well versed with all types of civil construction activities required in interior projects.
-The applicant should be proficient in understanding AUTO CAD drawings and ex*****on of work according to them.
