In Interior & Architectural Finishes contract, Zen Studio works as the Main Contractor to execute the project as per the designs provided by the client. With the vast experience in designing, we understand the requirement of the client and complete the project within the schedule and with ease. Furnishing, Fixture & Equipment:
In this type of contracts, Zen Studio acts as the FF & E contractor on a lump sum or on fee basis. With the best database of furniture and equipment manufacturers and suppliers and strong purchasing power, we ensure that the most complex projects are executed within the time schedule and cost estimate. Design, Build & Execute Turnkey Project:
These contracts best suit clients who want to have a high quality result but cannot devote time to be the full member of the project team. In this contract, Zen Studio takes full control of the project from the early stages of the contract, optimizing the client’s requirement until the completion of the project. Project Management:
As project Managers, Zen Studio will organize all aspects of the project on a fee basis. This approach results in a well managed timetable for the implementation of the project.
