Адже, кожна наша робота є індивідуальною і підходящою саме для того, для кого все створювалося.

Важливість людей в нашій роботі важко переоцінити, адже все починається з людини, яка прийшла до студії на роботу і продовжується до клієнта, який прийшов до нас за своїм проєктом. І ми однаково цінуємо кожного з них.

А ще, ми завжди відповідальні за результат своєї роботи перед нашими людьми. Ми не говоримо, що з першого разу все виходить ідеально, але постійне навчання та розвиток допомагають нам щоразу ставати на сходинку вище.
Всередині команди ми допомагаємо один одному побачити, де ми можемо стати кращими, і саме це є рушійною силою до досконаллості наших візуалізацій, презентацій та спілкування.

Але, певно, головним в нашій роботі є те, що наші дизайнери та архітектори створюють не просто картинку, а простори, які проживуть життя. Вони вкладають в кожен проєкт сенс та ідею.
Саме тому, нам ніколи не соромно підписуватись під кожним зданим проєктом, адже ми впевнені, що виконана нами робота зробить ще одного клієнта щасливішим.

Mashrabiya as a contemporary architectural code.

The 1,639 m² Marrakesh Villa is a materialized story envisioned by its owner. A private residence shaped like a spaceship, it appears to have landed among the sand dunes, freezing in place and merging into the landscape. At the same time, it is a home where Moroccan traditions, culture, and family values are translated into the language of contemporary architecture.

The facade reinterprets the traditional mashrabiya, designed here in the form of ceramic shutters. Hundreds of these modules filter the sunlight, letting in air and rays of light. Acting as a climate control filter, the shutters create a play of light and shadow throughout the day while cooling the interior space, preventing the intense heat from entering the building.

And this is only the first layer of the story…

Мешрабія як сучасний архітектурний код.

Marrakesh Villa на 1639 м² - це матеріалізована історія за задумкою власника. Приватний дім у формі космічного корабля, який нібито приземлився серед піщаних дюн і застиг там, врісши у ландшафт. Водночас це дім, у якому традиції, культура та сімейні цінності Марокко перекладені на сучасну мову архітектури.

Фасад передає мешрабію, спроєктовану у формі керамічних шатерсів. Сотні модулів фільтрують сонячне світло, пропускаючи повітря та промені. Це як кліматичний фільтр: шатерси створюють гру світла і тіней впродовж дня, а ще охолоджують внутрішній простір. Так сильна спека не проходить всередину будівлі.

І це лише перший шар історії…

Architecture must be read between the lines.

The core of the 1,764-square-meter Ember private residence is the play of light. It guides a person through a curated narrative, transitioning from bold tones of the natural travertine facade to the warm wood of the interior.

The living room opens directly to the pool, which visually merges with the waters of the Arabian Gulf. Meanwhile, a cosmic chandelier serves as the interior’s main centerpiece. It beautifully complements the composition of the space, intentionally suspended low, nearly reaching head height.

This sense of luxury and scale results from a flawless curation of furniture, textures, and artwork. Consequently, all elements seamlessly align with a singular philosophy and the owner’s bespoke lifestyle.

Архітектуру треба вміти читати між рядків

Основою приватної резиденції Ember, площею 1764 кв м, є гра світла. Вона веде людину за сценарієм від маскулінних форм фасаду із натурального травертину до теплого дерева всередині.

Вітальня має відкритий вихід до басейну, який візуально перетікає у води Перської затоки. А головним акцентом інтер’єру стала космічна люстра. Вона вдало доповнює композицію простору, навмисно спускаючись донизу майже до голови.

Такий ефект розкоші і масштабів — результат бездоганної селекції меблів, текстур і творів мистецтва. Тож усі елементи поєднуються в одну філософію та персональний сценарій життя власника.

One route through the villa, and a complete shift in the mood of the space. In fact, it’s a cycle of emotions crafted by the ISTO team. The tranquility of the garden gives way to a play of light that leads into the entertainment zone. The final point of the route is on the rooftop, where the boundaries between the villa and the sky almost dissolve.

Such architecture turns everyday life into a sequence of impressions, where each space plays its own role. Living inside a well-crafted story is Semira.

Один маршрут віллою, і повна зміна настрою простору. Насправді це цикл емоцій, продуманий командою ISTO. Спокій саду змінюється грою світла, яка веде до розважальної зони. А фінальна крапка маршруту знаходиться на руфтопі, де межі між віллою і небом майже стираються.

Така архітектура перетворює звичайні будні на послідовність вражень, де кожен простір має свою роль. Жити всередині продуманої історії — це Semira.

Sometimes, to create something grand, you have to destroy the old.

A transparent glass volume connects the two blocks of the villa and fills the space with natural light. The main accent of the interior is a custom bronze chandelier, designed by the ISTO team specifically for the owner.

That’s why Semira Villa wasn’t created to impress everyone — but so that one family could wake up every day feeling like this world belongs only to them.

A house that belongs only to those who are used to being first.

Деколи, щоб створити щось грандіозне треба зруйнувати старе.

Прозорий скляний об’єм з’єднує два блоки вілли і наповнює простір природним світлом. Головний акцент інтер’єру — це кастомна бронзова люстра, яку команда ISTO розробила за власним дизайном спеціально для власника.

Тож Semira Villa створили не для того, щоб вона подобалася всім, а щоб одна сім’я щодня прокидалася з відчуттям, що цей світ лише для них.

There are spaces that hold memory.

This 1,065-square-meter office for an agricultural company embodies the history of Ukrainian land in its architecture, rather than telling it with words.

The centerpiece of the space features true historical artifacts instead of decorative imitation: a vintage thresher and a tractor framework are fully integrated into the office environment. Where the past ends, the present takes over — large LED screens display live operations from the fields.

This «dialogue» between times is mirrored in the materials as well. Ceramics, wood, textured plaster, and natural light continue the theme of the earth, as a tribute to the significance of agricultural work.

Є простори, які мають пам’ять

1065 квадратних метрів — це офіс аграрної компанії, де історія української землі не розказана словами, а втілена в архітектурі.

У центрі простору справжні історичні артефакти, а не декоративна стилізація: старовинна молотарка та тракторна конструкція, які буквально інтегровані в офіс. А там, де закінчується минуле, починається сьогодення — великі LED-екрани, які транслюють роботу на полях в реальному часі.

Цей “діалог” між часами відображається і в матеріалах. Кераміка, дерево, декоративне тинкування і натуральне світло продовжують тему землі, як нагадування про важливість праці аграріїв.

The owner of this space could have left the old walls standing, but they chose ISTO’s flawless concept - and they weren’t wrong.

For our team, this decision was about much more than just a new project. We are bound by friendship with this client, starting from our first joint project of nearly 10,000 sq.m. It was this very trust that inspired us to create Semira.

When a strong partner meets an uncompromising vision to create, that’s when next-level architecture truly begins.

3 500 кв.м та одне сміливе рішення

Власник цього простору міг залишити старі стіни, але обрав бездоганну концепцію ISTO і не помилився.

Для нас це рішення означало більше, ніж просто новий проєкт: із цією людиною нас пов’язує дружба на першому спільному об’єкті у майже 10 000 кв. м. І саме ця довіра нас надихнула на Semira.

Коли є сильний партнер і його бажання творити без компромісів, ось тоді починається архітектура нового рівня.
