Our prospective clients trust us in the big things but many a times not on the smaller things. I don’t blame them, but Let me explain.

When it comes to the big renovations and detailed planning on joinery items - that is the overwhelming part for them, They leave it to us , the experts , to help consult them. Yes, we love doing that. With 11 years of experience behind us, we are stronger than ever before.
Also for the bigger renovations, there are limitations in permissions, budgets, layouts etc, so we happily deal with the headache of solving all the issues, instead of the clients having to deal with them. And they LOVE and appreciate us so much for that.

The bigger renovations and designs etc, our prospective clients completely trust us blindly. But here’s the tough part for them : When it comes to accessorizing, they hold back a little. When I dig a little deeper, they say that they are worried that we won’t get it right coz we may not “get “ what they will love.

I’ll tell you what. As a company - that IS OUR STRONG suit. We aren’t any ordinary design and build company. We KNOW that you will LOVE our choices, we have absolutely no doubt there. When we enter a shop - we have this strong pull towards some items and we know “Yep! thats the one! they will love that!” We may not love that accessory or think its gorgeous ourselves, but we will still get it for you coz we know you will LOVE it and call it your own! As designers we have this talent of being “intuitive”. This is exactly why we visit your old home before we begin working on your new home. We know how you live, what you love, what you dislike. We even are fabulous marriage counsellors in design and marry two completely different tastes together harmoniously. So heck yes, we can predict what you will love and how fabulous your new life is going to become!

So dear prospective client : We are in the business of changing your life and not just renovating your home.
Trust me on that one! ;)

The Details. It’s a Vibe.

When we design our clients homes, we really give importance to the dining table, unlike our clients though…

I hear a lot of our clients say, ”Lets turn this dining area into an entertainment area for my huge home theater screen” or “We never use the dining , if its there , it ends up being a dumping area for all the things!“ Some even say “We use the smaller dining in the kitchen or the kitchen island, we NEVER sit on our formal dining, it’s honestly there only for showing off!”

Here’s why I still insist on having a great formal dining area: If its there beautiful styled, we are encouraged to have food on it everyday. We are encouraged to get off our phones and get to know, connect and love our family more deeper around the dining table. We get to host family and friends, try new dishes and really improve our social lives. We get to play games with our families and friends, we get to do great art and craft works with our little kids. We can do social reading time with the family to encourage reading habits in our families. If you think about it, the uses are endless! Get off your phones and laptops and really see how you can use the dining table a little more today.

Trust me on this one, your life will change for the better. It will become more fuller and richer!

Just like a family: different personalities and different colours , but they just go so well with each other, curating a beautiful tranquil scene of uniqueness and unity at the same time.
That’s how I feel when I see this portrait of this living room. It’s art and art that is appreciated, deeply in gratitude.
Imagine our clients who get to walk into this space each time and feel that sense of gratitude. That , my friend, that is our calling to create, so you get to praise Him from whom the design comes from. We are tools in His creative hands! 🙌🏼

Don’t have a wall for your large TV ? We’ll create one for you!

That’s what we did here in this project. The clients had the TV up against one wall which restricted us from working on a fabulous layout!

So we extended the adjacent wall and positioned the TV on that wall so it not only provided a good layout but also acted as a barrier to a direct corridor view.

We did not want to cut out the light to the corridor so we came up with the idea of a modern mashribiya! That way there is some privacy and there still was natural light in the corridor!

Now that’s how, my friend, a challenge becomes a genius design solution! ;)
