Custom design for one of our luxury short-term rental clients in Beach Vista Dubai (scroll to see “Before”). From providing full design packages with services from A to Z, in our Design Lab we can also tailor the package to your needs.

In this project, our Design Lab provided concept and design development, all technical drawings and BOQs for custom manufacturing, sourcing and shopping lists for ready-made items, final staging. The client decided to appoint his contractor and do procurement and supervision by himself. The downside of such contracts there will be always production and installation mistakes and more delays that our experienced designer will notice during weekly site visits and request contractors to correct.

F O R T H E L O V E O F A R T. Happy Valentine’s Day!

In this design concept we aimed to support the main Beach Vista vibe by creating luxurious, artfully-designed, balanced space for short-term rental stays with mainly neutral colour scheme, a few bold accents and sculptural elements. We think we have successfully accomplished our client’s wish to position this one bedroom apartment in Dubai as a luxurious unit on the more neutral side, yet eye-catching to stand out from other Airbnb properties.
