For Lumiere Prime Hills in Vietnam, XYZ Designers created a wellness-oriented environment where nature becomes part of the experience. Greenery, tactile materials, soft tonal contrasts, and natural textures shape spaces for movement, focus, relaxation, and retreat.

From wellness areas to calm communal spaces, every detail is designed to create a refined atmosphere that feels connected to nature while supporting a more balanced way of living.

A waterfront development where the sea, pools, and landscape become an integral part of the master plan and architectural concept.

The project is shaped around a central lagoon, with interconnected pools, lush greenery, and open pedestrian spaces creating a continuous relationship between water, nature, and built form. From the overall master planning to the architecture, the development is designed as a cohesive resort-like environment centered around movement, openness, and connection to the waterfront.
