Bayat Plaza is a mixed-use residential development in Saudi Arabia, conceived as a contemporary urban gateway at the intersection of Madinah Road and King Abdullah Road, where architecture responds to both the city and its historic surroundings.

The project is formed by two elliptical residential towers — one for apartments and the other for duplex residences. Rotated toward one another, they create a visual dialogue that frames views, defines the arrival sequence, and gives the development a distinctive presence within the urban fabric.

As Khaled Alshamaa, Founder & Principal, puts it, the architecture responds to its surroundings through form, rotation, and light. Reflective glass facades mirror the cityscape, while vertical louvers regulate solar exposure, privacy, and environmental performance.

At ground level, chamfered podium edges activate a retail boulevard, complemented by layered amenities above — creating a balanced urban environment shaped around accessibility, sustainability, and everyday life.

A contemporary office building shaped by clarity, restraint, and a strong connection to its urban context. Located at the edge of a central square in Accra, the PURC Head Office balances an institutional presence with a more human-scaled approach to the city.

The architecture is defined by disciplined massing, refined materials, and carefully controlled facade articulation, creating rhythm across the building while maintaining a clear and composed identity. Thoughtful spatial organization, considered circulation, and generous glazing bring together functionality and a sense of openness, allowing the workplace to respond naturally to its surroundings.

A strong team is where ideas meet expertise, and every project becomes a shared pursuit of something meaningful.

At XYZ Designers, architects, engineers, and creatives work together as one multidisciplinary team, combining different perspectives, skills, and experiences. Architecture becomes distinctive when a building is shaped not only by its scale, but by the way its mass, proportions and details are carefully composed.

For Sea Cliff, the architectural language is built around a strong vertical rhythm, carved volumes and layered terraces that break down the overall mass and create a more human-scaled presence. Deep outdoor spaces extend the interiors, frame views and bring a sense of openness to the residences.

A restrained palette of travertine, bronze metal and dark mullions creates a warm, contemporary character, while the interplay of solid and transparent elements gives the facade depth and variation from every perspective.

Rather than treating the facade as a surface, the design approaches it as a system of layers, openings and proportions — creating an architecture that feels both refined and deeply connected to its surroundings.
