Portside Square is envisioned as a new waterfront destination in Mina Rashid — a place where architecture, landscape, and community come together.

Three sculptural residential towers, an office building, and a central amenities hub create a seamless connection between living, working, and shared experiences. Designed around views, openness, and human experience, the project opens toward the sea through layered public spaces and panoramic perspectives.

Highgrove is conceived as more than a residential building — it’s an elevated living environment where architecture responds to its surroundings, opening up to light, views, and landscape.
