Exotica Furniture was established in Kuwait over twenty years ago to sell unique pieces of furniture and other interesting items which the company's founder, Fani Hollis, had discovered while travelling across the Indian subcontinent. After relocating to Dubai, Fani moved farther afield to include items from Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Vietnam and the length and breadth of China. More recently Fan

i has travelled to Africa and South America in her search for the interesting and obscure. At any one time you will find a stock of over 2,000 items, most of which are unique within our exhibition. To this end Exotica, which is located Umm Suqeim Road opp.Creative minds Warehouse #1 Dubai U.A.E, is more an art gallery or museum than a typical furniture showroom where you are invited to take as much time as you need to browse around and ask questions. Although we are in the process of cataloging every item for display on this web site it is impossible to capture the feel and smell of the genuine wooden furniture, the beauty of the fine porcelain vases and bowls, the way the light catches the delicate carvings on so many of the items, or indeed the serenity of standing face to face with a hand made Buddha. In short there really can be no substitute to viewing this beautiful collection in person.
