خبر حلو… مش بس للطهي 😉
جربي هالقناع المنزلي التقليدي للبشرة، طريقة شعبية مستخدمة في البيت ✨
المكونات:
1 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة ساف-إنستانت
1 ملعقة كبيرة زبادي طبيعي
كم نقطة عسل 🍯
🕒 اخلطي المكونات، ضعيها على بشرة نظيفة، اتركيها 10–15 دقيقة، وبعدين اغسلي بماء فاتر.

الخَميرة ممكن تُستخدم كمان لتحضير مشروب منزلي شعبي، يُحضّر بسهولة في البيت 💧
المكونات:
3 تمرات
كوب ماء دافئ
نصف ملعقة صغيرة عسل
رشة خميرة
ليمون (اختياري: زنجبيل أو قرفة)
✨ اخلطي كل المكونات، اتركيها تتخمر 6–8 ساعات، وصار المشروب جاهز!
⚠ للأشخاص الذين يعانون من حساسية من أي مكوّن، يرجى توخي الحذر.

خفيفي بالتمر و الجوز …وصفة عيد بطعم الذكريات 🫶🏻✨
مكسبة من برّه وطرية بحشوة التمر من جوّه… وتجنن ويا استكانة چاي 😍☕️
جربووها عل العيد 👌

المقادير:
العجينة:
3 كوب طحين
1/2 كوب سمن نباتي
1/2 كوب سمن بلدي
1 ملعقة صغيرة بهارات معمول
1 ملعقة صغيرة هيل مطحون
10 غم خميرة فورية (كيس صغير)
1/2 كوب ماء حار
1/2 كوب ماء بارد
1ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة صغيرة سكر

الحشوة:
3/4 كيلو معجون تمر جاهز
60 غم زبدة
1 ملعقة صغيرة بهارات معمول
1 ملعقة صغيرة هيل مطحون

للوجه:
سمسم
حبة حلوة (شومر)
حبة سوداء

طريقة الشوي :
نخبزها بفرن محمى 180°
أول شي من الأسفل 15 دقيقة
بعدين 3 دقائق من الأعلى للتحمير

Dough:
3 cups flour
1/2 cup vegetable ghee
1/2 cup traditional ghee
1 tsp maamoul spice mix
1 tsp ground cardamom
10 g Saf-instant yeast (1 small sachet)
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Filling:
750 g ready-made date paste
60 g butter
1 tsp maamoul spice mix
1 tsp ground cardamom
Walnuts (optional)

Topping:
Sesame seeds
Fennel seeds
Nigella seeds

Baking Instructions:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C
First, from the bottom for 15 minutes
Then, from the top for 3 minutes to get a golden finish ✨

5_6 كوب طحين يعتمد على نوع الطحين وحجم البيض المستخدم
نص ملعقة كبيره ملح
50 غم زبدة

مقادير الدانيت:
كوبين حلييب
3 ملاعق كاسترد
سكر
100 غم شوكولاته
علبة قشطة صغيره

- ملعقه كبيره
- ملعقه كبيره يانسون مطحون
-ملعقه كبيره شومر مطحون
-ملعقه ونص صغيره من خميرة ساف إنستانت
- من كوب إلى كوب وربع حليب دافي
- ملعقه كبيره سكر لتفعيل الخميره

لحشوة التمر :
- كيلو إلا ربع تمر
- م ص هيل
- ك ص قرفة
- ملعقتين كبار سمنه
