Reimagining tomorrow's living spaces by combining traditional building wisdom with modern sustainable design principles.

This three-storey family home has been developed through a bioclimatic approach specifically adapted to the climate of the United Arab Emirates:

▫️ Terracotta brick construction with high thermal mass
▫️ Natural ventilation strategies to enhance indoor comfort
▫️ A central courtyard acting as the home's climatic heart
▫️ Reflecting water pool helping cool the air naturally before it circulates through the living spaces
