How do you fit a bedroom, a kitchen, a desk and a lounge into one studio?

You don't divide the space you make it change its use.

The bed folds into the joinery. The bar doubles as a dining table. The desk runs the length of the wall under the TV. Nothing is decorative that isn't also useful.

Dubai Marina, work in progress.

Stay tuned coming soon.

Feasibility Study – Bioclimatic Family House in Umm Al Quwain 🌿☀️

Reimagining tomorrow's living spaces by combining traditional building wisdom with modern sustainable design principles.

▫️ A central courtyard acting as the home's climatic heart
▫️ Reflecting water pool helping cool the air naturally before it circulates through the living spaces
▫️ Solar protection through perforated brick screens, contemporary mashrabiyas and shaded areas
