Job Title: Data Entry Office Staff (Administration)

Company Overview
We are an Aluminium & Glass company based in Sharjah Industrial Area No. 2. We are currently seeking a responsible and organized Office Staff member to support our daily administrative and clerical operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain physical and electronic files and handle general administrative support tasks.
• Manage office inventory, including monitoring existing stock and placing orders as required.
• Maintain office paperwork and ensure all necessary supplies are available at all times.
• Update and maintain accurate client records.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and client account statements.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with suppliers and customers.
• Support smooth day-to-day office operations through effective coordination and documentation.
Requirements & Skills
• Excellent written communication skills with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and self-organization skills.
• Customer service–oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.
Additional Requirements
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and able to attend a face-to-face interview.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Sharjah or be willing to relocate prior to joining.
