Our projects vary from mixed use developments including retail, residential and office space, to stadium fit out development,

factory and industrial design along with interior design and urban planning. We follow our project from concept and schematic design stage through design development and execution drawings preparation. Therefore we have embraced the most recent software BIM as the current stay player in the construction industry, to prepare accurate, coordinated and multidisciplinary execution drawings. The architectural concept of this project is inspired by the deep connection with the sea and the captivating view of the Port of Durrës. The city’s maritime heritage, spanning over two millennia, serves as the main source of inspiration. The design intertwines history and modernity through powerful nautical symbols: the Illyrian vessel Liburna and the contemporary yacht Phoenix, anchored in 2024 at the Port of Durrës. At the ground level, the brise-soleils take the shape of Liburna’s oars, symbolizing movement and the city’s deep-rooted maritime tradition.

Conceived as a mountain citadel enclosing a sacred grove, our masterplan gathers Albania’s plural faiths within a single precinct of beauty, contemplation, and welcome. At the base of the complex lies The Hill Town, a village-like environment shaped by stone, wood, and water, where the first ablutions occur before the sacred journeys begin. Drawing from traditional Albanian settlement forms, it combines wellness, hospitality, and care, offering a place of rest and renewal that bridges the threshold between the civic and the sacred.
At the heart of the masterplan, the Sacred Garden gathers five houses of worship, Catholic and Orthodox churches, a Sunni mosque, a Bektashi tekke, and a Jewish synagogue, within a shared precinct of beauty and contemplation. Each stands on a common base yet rises with distinct form and symbolism, creating a skyline of difference without hierarchy.
