Incase you were wondering the secret to our Latvian tomato salad Big Slick ATX , now you know. Everyone in the kitchen must put a cucumber peel on their forehead or it just won’t taste good. I didn’t believe it myself, but after trying to adapt my mother-in-law‘s recipe for weeks, she pointed out what I was missing, and as soon as the team started putting the cucumber on our heads, immediately the salad became incredible! I think this just goes to show that the happier the kitchen the yummier the food :)
