There are some incredible designers here in Austria. But the market itself is still figuring itself out.

Most luxury apartments get sold with flooring in, walls painted white, done. Then the client goes to a furniture showroom, picks out some pieces, and calls it finished.

We wanted to show what’s actually possible with a space like this. Not just „nicely put together“ - thought through down to the last detail, built around who actually lives there, and something that won’t feel dated in five years.

That’s the gap we’re trying to close.

Many people live with dental anxiety — and that was exactly the challenge we wanted to solve with this project.

We created a warm, spa-like atmosphere through the use of textiles (curtains, carpet, cushions), a carefully chosen color palette, and even a custom scent diffusion system.

Throughout the space, we worked extensively with LED lighting to achieve a soft, warm glow instead of the typical harsh clinical light. The waiting area was designed almost like a living room — with a small water bar, a cozy corner for children, comfortable sofas, and warm lighting throughout.

We paid special attention to the restroom. Unlike the typical clinical bathroom — small white tiles, cold lighting, the smell of disinfectant — we designed it as a retreat: a private moment of calm where patients can prepare themselves before treatment. A little oasis, just for them.

Because a visit to the dentist shouldn’t just be pain-free — it should feel pleasant, calming, and comfortable.
