Every order gets produced especially for you. Founded in spring 2015 «We Are Flowergirls» is the charming result of two Viennese creatives. Cecilia and Mathias have the mission to provide the perfect floral headpiece at an affordable price for all women. We are 100% handmade in Vienna and ready to tailor-make whatever your heart desires. Wir sammeln für die und versuchen etwas mitzuhelfen. Wer etwas von diesen gesuchten Dingen spenden möchte und in der Nähe unseres Stores wohnt, kann die Sachen gerne diese Woche bei uns in der Lange Gasse 70 vorbeibringen. Wir bringen dann alles gesammelt zur Caritas (Bitte in Säcken bringen 🫶 das hilft uns sehr!)

In der Rechtssache betreffend das Musikwerk ‚Sunny Bossa‘ (ISRC: DEH742418803), dessen Rechteinhaber vertreten werden durch die Steinmayr & Pitner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, erklärt Frau Cecilia Capri, Inhaberin des nicht protokollierten Einzelunternehmens „We Are Flowergirls“, hiermit, es künftig zu unterlassen, das Musikwerk ‚Sunny Bossa‘ (ISRC: DEH742418803), hinsichtlich welchem Inhaber der Verwertungsrechte Jens und Philipp Geitmann, Nico Ottmann, Erwin Dat-Kuan Do und Jeanloup Süle sind, einschließlich Ausschnitten daraus, ohne entsprechende Werknutzungsbewilli-gung in eigenen betriebenen Medien durch Einbindung in Reels, Videos oder vergleichbaren audiovi-suellen Beiträgen der Öffentlichkeit zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Für jeden einzelnen Fall eines künftigen schuldhaften Verstoßes gegen diese Verpflichtung verpflichtet sich Frau Cecilia Capri an die obgenannten Berechtigten zur ungeteilten Hand eine Konventionalstrafe in Höhe von EUR 5.000,00 binnen 14 Tagen ab schriftlicher Geltendmachung zu bezahlen.
