The old grey vertical blinds in the living room were replaced with soft cream sheers, bringing in plenty of natural light and giving the space a much fresher feel.

In the bedrooms, the existing lightweight curtains were updated with privacy sheers—keeping the rooms bright while adding an extra sense of privacy for everyday living.

It’s always satisfying to see how a simple change to the window furnishings can make an older home feel new again.

The upstairs was finished with linen-look sheers in a warm brown tone, complementing the carpet and bringing a relaxed, understated character to the space.

Downstairs, the living area was kept light and inviting with soft cotton-look sheers layered over white blockout curtains. Paired with timber flooring and neutral furnishings, the result feels calm, comfortable and easy to live in.

A few before & afters from recent renovation projects.

One thing we notice time and time again — new curtains can completely change the feel of a room.

Not because they’re the first thing you notice, but because they’re part of almost everything you see.

Sometimes the biggest difference isn’t a feature wall or a new floor. It’s simply replacing tired, dated window furnishings with something fresh and well suited to the space.

No need for anything over the top.

Clean lines, good fabric and the right fit usually do the job.

Recently completed in Paradise ✨

The living area features three large floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

By running warm white S-Fold sheers across the entire wall, the space feels calmer and more connected, while still allowing the owners to enjoy the changing light and outdoor views. The afternoon sun now casts a beautiful glow instead of harsh shadows.

For the bedrooms, blockout roller blinds were chosen to keep things simple and practical — clean lines, easy to maintain, and perfect for everyday comfort.

Different rooms, different purposes, all designed to suit the way the home is lived in.
