Time to be honest with my energy 😌
I will no longer be 'offering up' custom order spots. I work full time and play drums for a couple of bands, leaving little time for sculptures. They are feeling like more of an obligation than a hobby at the moment and I hate keeping people waiting.
I welcome emails asking for sculptures and I will be honest as to whether I have the time to do them or not. I only ask that the emails don't include any details about why the piece is wanted. When people tell me about their loss, I relive my own. While I absolutely want to support everyone through that time, I can't take them all on, then I always feel obliged to try and help give people the peace that the sculptures provide.. I just don't have the capacity to 🥺
Please also note, I'm not holding spots for 'when I have time'. When I receive the email, the response will be either a yes or a no based on my availability at the time. I can then give you my best estimate of when I think may be a better time to try me.
