Hello & welcome 👋🏼
I’m Mikaela and it means the world to me that you’re here 🥰
Allow me to introduce myself 🤓.. Art has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember!
Originally from Mildura, Victoria, I moved to the big smoke, Adelaide in 2014 to pursue my love of art 🎨
I followed my passion by completing a Bachelor of Visual Arts + Master of Teaching, specialising in painting in 2014-2018 and have since shared my love of art and creativity by teaching art full-time to secondary students 🥹
Until this year, I had been taking on painting commissions, but I decided to try something different that feels more like me - so I’ve started exploring still life in oil paints and my own painting style 💁🏼‍♀️
My first little series is called, ‘Seafood Sensation’, a series that is fun, full of personality, bright and colourful and a little retro 🦞
