hen we tell you we have, sometimes stuff just gets lost in the mail. So to provide peace of mind we offer 2 types of postage options in Australia:
Non-Trackable postage $3.00 less than 250g and 20mm thick (greater than 250g or 20mm Price On Application). This is the cheaper form of postage. If you have not received the item within 14 days from receiving the dispatch notice, please contact us and we will try to sort something out if we can. However, we cannot guarantee we’ll send you a replacement item. Trackable Postage $8.50 less than 250g and 20mm thick (greater than 250g or 20mm Price On Application). This is a more expensive form of postage (usually Registered Post). If you have not received the item with a week of dispatch, please check our Terms & Conditions for further instructions. Postage to countries outside of Australia, we will only post by trackable postage, Price On Application.
