Hi everyone 🤍
I wanted to finally check in because I know I went very quiet after saying last year that I planned to return one day a week. I’ve had so many kind messages asking when I’m coming back and even checking on my wellbeing, and it truly means more than you know.
The reason I went silent soon after is because I fell unwell and I’ve been going through cancer treatment. Being a new mum and scared of what this meant, everything else had to come later, but I didn’t want to stay silent any longer and leave people wondering.
This past weekend felt like a really special milestone for me. My son and I took part in the Mother’s Day Classic, a walk for ovarian and breast cancer. It was a beautiful reminder of what life can look like after treatment. My signature long hair might be gone but my spirit and love for flowers has not.
Right now my focus is still on recovery and being present for my little boy, but the plan is absolutely to return to the business when I’m able. Even if it starts small, I’m really hoping it can eventually help supplement our income again and reconnect me with all of you. I may have been quiet, but I have not forgotten all of you support you guys have shown in the business that I love so much.
Thank you for your patience, your support, and for still being here 🤍 I’m not gone forever, just healing.
