POV: you realise a fridge can’t speak English 🥲

… But thankfully friendly staff CAN 🎉 And since they’re one of the few supermarkets left NOT shutting down their delis…

Today I decided to take full advantage of that fact by grabbing some 😋⤵️

Prosciutto sliced to order + imported mortadella, salamis & provolone + fresh antipasto, olives & feta AND cheese cut exactly how you want it!! 🧀🥩🇮🇹

All served by a REAL PERSON (which for some reason is a tough thing to come by at other supermarkets)… 😂

Anyway, as always, I implore you guys to support local 🇦🇺❤️. Every shop at helps support local jobs for people that are RIGHT HERE in your own community!! 🤝

Which is why I’m also proud to thank for continuing to support my own business (with this video being part of our ongoing brand partnership together) 🎬 Cheers!



PS: Let’s normalise our local Deli person being the same level of importance as our barista/ hairdresser / therapist.. 🤣

2 foodies take ANOTHER day off in ADL... But where do they go? 🤔🍩

Well here’s PART 2 of the Asian style spots recommended ⤵️

- 🥪 : A hidden Hindmarsh café serving modern Korean-fusion inspired brunch dishes & comfort food.
- 🥐 .baguette : A modern Vietnamese-French bakery café in Henley known for handcrafted pastries & baguettes.
- 🍩 : A popular Vietnamese bakery offering bánh mì & delicious pastries.
- 🍵 : A minimalist Japanese-inspired café in Adelaide CBD serving fluffy sandos, onigiri & premium matcha drinks.
- 🍗 : Korean-inspired crispy fried chicken & burgers.

PS, it’s SO GEWD I’ve actually released my own ‘Big Dippa’ collab meal with them… so pls go support the cause (at Rundle Place & Gilles Plains Shopping Centre) 🔥🇦🇺

The Fishiest, FISHY… Fish Toast 😵‍💫❤️⤵️

Tuna Mix (Serves 3-4 Toast Pieces) 🐟
- 1 large can Tuna, drained,
- 2–3 Anchovy fillets,
- 1 Avocado,
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard,
- 1/4 small Red Onion, very thinly diced,
- 1 Green Onion stalk, thinly sliced,
- 1 tsp Pickled Jalapeños, finely minced,
- 1 tsp capers,
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder,
- 1 tsp finely chopped dill,
Mix & Finish 🧑‍🍳
- Small drizzle of Sesame Oil or olive oil,
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon,
- Generous pinch of salt,
- 1 small handful of freshly sliced Lettuce,
Other Ingredients 📝
- 2-4 thick slices Sourdough Bread (toasted in butter),
- 1 medium Tomato, sliced & seasoned,
- 1 tin Sardines,
- Hot or regular Honey,
- Chives, thinly sliced, for garnish,

- 🥖 : Vietnamese Banh Mi served in fresh, crusty tiger rolls 🔥

- 🍜 : An alleyway ramen bar serving rich 22-hour chicken broth ramen, with limited bowls available daily 😴

- 🇹🇭 : A modern Thai spot on Flinders Street serving sea flower dumplings filled with scallop, prawn, fish and squid in a rich red curry sauce 🌶️🦐

- 🍧 : A dessert spot serving fluffy mango coconut bingsu layered with real mango, creamy coconut, and sweet shaved ice with no artificial colouring 🥭🥥
