In streets of nostalgia, where memories abide,
A store so dear, says goodbye with a sigh.
Sueclays' doors, now closed for the final time,
A pillar of the community, leaves hearts that chime.

Sue and Clayton, with love and with care,
Built a shop of wonders, beyond compare.
Antiques and Lego, a mix so divine,
A treasure trove, where hearts would entwine.

Domino the dog, with a wagging tail so bright,
Welcomed all, with a loving sight.
A smile so wide, a heart so true,
A loyal friend, to me and to you.

For almost 25 years, Sueclays stood tall,
A beacon of joy, for one and all.
A place to dream, to imagine and play,
A spot to connect, in a busy world away.

But all good things, must come to an end,

🪅It’s here. The very last day of trading for Sueclays. 🪅
We are extremely excited for our brand new life and a little sad to be saying goodbye to the shop and business that has been our pride and joy for almost a quarter of a century!
It truly is the end of an era.
We are so grateful for the local community who welcomed us with open arms and kept our business alive and thriving for all of this time THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH.

We will still be around Unley in between our travels. Domino adores the Oval and all his doggo friends. We also could not miss out on our Porterhouse Steak from Unley Meats or Domino’s various treats and goodies from The Pet Butcher.

Thank you, thank you, thank you all. For the friendship, the support and for all our shared knowledge. Our life in the shop has been fascinatingly educational, exciting, immensely pleasurable and has had a lot of very funny moments. How very lucky we have been.

We will keep this page up and running to show you Domino’s various adventures and perhaps show case any “treasures” we find on our travels (it is in our blood after all - we couldn’t just stop searching and purchasing 😜)

So please stop on by to say “Goodbye” and give the spotted terror a little extra loving - he is really going to miss the attention!

🎈🎈🎈SUECLAYS FINAL 3 DAYS OF TRADING 🎈🎈🎈
Well, our gorgeous shop has started to look very much like a garage sale. We have sold so much furniture that we had to bring our “Christmas Tables” in to the shop from home just to put the stock on!
That being the case, we have divided the stock in to one bookcase of $20 items and the rest of the shop has been divided in to a HUGE $1 section with a couple of $5 sections. The remaining furniture has also been drastically reduced.
The prices are RIDICULOUS but we have to sell it all…..I’m going to need those tables back for Christmas lunch 😂
