Lay it on floors This page is about what we do and what we have done. Have a look and give us some feedback.

I have started this page not only to display what we can do with different types of flooring but but also to display what can happen if it is not done to code. i will also encourage fellow floor installers to post stuff if they please on there experience in the industry. please feel free to ask questions and we will do our best to give you the right advise.

This one takes the cake.

This poor customer has been run through the ringer

They engaged a so called installer to prepare the floor for vinyl planks and was forced to pay up front for what I believe is one of the most average jobs I have seen with up to 25mm variations in screed put down by this so called installer .

The customer then has been stuffed around with excuse after excuse of why the install was delayed and unfinished resulting in a second installer to finish the job.

Scratched cabinets
Dented walls
Wrong adhesive used to install
And just and all around CRAP job

And refuses to reimburse the customer

Resulting in us fully replacing this customers floor for them.

Full pull up
Full grind
Full float screed
And install new planks

In the customers words we can now appreciate our floor.

Thank you for trusting us to make your house a home again.

Including yet again liquid nails under planks
Grind and full float screed
Install new vinyl planks.

Before you quote or install another job get some morals and standards.

This poor customer had vinyl planks installed with very average floor preparation.

The planks were installed in liquid nails and pressure sensitive adhesive which is wrong on so many levels. And used carpet trims to join the vinyl

We pulled it up, ground the whole thing, full float and reinstalled new planks seamlessly.

= happy customer now.
