✨ My favourite candles are NOW IN STOCK! 💫

I may have done a little happy dance when I found more of these beauties in different colours! 😍

One of my absolute favourite candles! 🤩
The moving imitation flame gives these candles such a realistic glow and flicker — they look so much like the real thing, without the mess or worry of a real flame.

Now available in Sage, Teal, Gold, White & off-white 🩵💚🤍

… and ….I’m might just be keeping a few for myself! 🤭😉

We’re firm believers that a beautiful home isn’t created all at once.

It’s collected.

A favourite piece of art.
A frame that makes something special even more special.
A beautiful cushion.
A little something you didn’t know you needed… until you saw it. 😉

It’s those little details that make a house feel like your home.

And that’s exactly what we love about Niche. 🩵

We’ve been working on something behind the scenes…

We’re not quite ready to tell you yet.

But… stay tuned. 👀 we’re getting so excited…

We all have them.

A painting that’s been in the family for years.
A piece we inherited.
Something sentimental that we could never part with…

…but somehow the frame has become a little stuck in another era.

And that doesn’t mean the artwork has to go.

Sometimes, it simply needs a fresh perspective.

This much-loved Australian farmhouse painting came to Niche with its original, rather dated frame. We double framed in a warm oak and a beautiful deep green inner detail to bring out the colours within the painting.

The result?

The same sentimental piece — refreshed for the home it lives in today.

Because your home has changed over the years.
Your style has changed.
And the things you love deserve to evolve with you.

Love the artwork but not the frame?
Let’s give it a new life.

Cheers to Melbourne! 🥂✨

A busy few days at the trade fairs, sourcing for Niche, gathering inspiration and hunting down some beautiful new finds.

And apparently clocking up a ridiculous number of steps along the way! 😂👣

One more sleep and I’m back in Adelaide and back to the studio on Tuesday.

Can’t wait to share what I’ve found! 🩵

These beautiful Aboriginal artworks have been stretched and finished in our Australian Oak canvas float frames.
The natural timber complements the artwork beautifully while the float detail creates a subtle shadow line that allows the canvas to take centre stage.
Sometimes the best framing is the one you barely notice—because all your attention stays on the art.

When people think about custom framing, they usually notice the frame.

But often it’s the mat board that makes the biggest difference.

The right mat can create space, add depth, highlight colour, protect your artwork, and sometimes solve a design challenge.

From conservation mats protecting delicate art to rich coloured mounts and custom openings, each choice is carefully selected to complement the artwork and tell its story.

Take the circular hummingbird puzzle shown here—because of the shape of the finished piece, a traditional square or rectangular opening simply wouldn’t have worked. A custom circular mat allowed the artwork to be showcased exactly as intended.

A few recent projects from the workbench this week, each showing a different approach to mat design.

💫Which style is your favourite?

Remember when I said that wasn’t the only oversized piece on the workbench last week? 👀

Well, here she is 🤩

This striking piece has been another large-scale project keeping me busy behind the scenes.
I love how different it is from the Mediterranean artwork I shared earlier.
Where that piece was all soft textures and earthy tones, this one is bold, graphic and full of energy.

The frame was intentionally kept elegant and understated, allowing the artwork to take centre stage while adding just enough detail to elevate the finished piece.
Every artwork has its own personality, and finding the perfect framing solution is what transforms it into a statement piece.

Another oversized beauty ready for its forever home 💫
