Our customers have installed new flooring to update a stunning coastal home. To complete this we did the following with the help of 2 furry friends supervising 🐶:
* Supplied & installed Definitive Blackbutt Engineered Timber (Tongue & Groove glue together) on Dunlop 3mm Thermacoustic Underlay
* Supplied & installed Quad
* Supplied & installed MJS Floorcoverings

Flooring Salesperson/Admin Person

$30.00-$42.00 p/h depending on experience in the flooring industry.

Aldinga Carpet and Flooring is a small business providing a high standard of customer service in the floor covering industry. We are located in Aldinga Beach but our business reaches far and wide. We strive to provide a friendly and relaxed environment for both our staff members and customers whilst maintaining a high level of efficiency.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional Flooring Salesperson/Admin Person with a “people-first” attitude to join our expanding small team working full time Monday to Friday.

In this role you will be responsible for conducting the following duties on a day-to-day basis:

• Communicate with customers via phone, text, face to face and email on general enquiries, queries, etc.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of quotations, invoices, ordering of stock, etc.
• Liaise with flooring installers and customers to schedule work
And/Or
• Guide customers in choosing the ideal flooring that matches their aesthetic and functional needs.
• Estimate material requirements based on construction plans and measurements.
• Keep the showroom clean and inviting, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
• Prepare personalised quotes to match customer needs and preferences.
• Any additional duties required by your manager.

About you:
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• A valid driver’s license for attending site measures
• A genuine passion for customer excellence
• The ability to contribute to a positive and efficient small team environment
• The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in the flooring industry. However training can be provided.

Our customer has completed a beautiful transformation of their business premises. The customers removed & disposed of all the old flooring. We were asked to replace it with the following:
* Supplied & installed Godfrey Hirst Colour Theory Solution Dyed Nylon Carpet Tiles, colour Peacock
* Supplied & installed required trims

Beautiful transformation of our customers flooring. To complete this project we:
* Built up doorway areas where tiles were missing
* Supplied & installed Quick-Step Perspective Nature Laminate Flooring, colour Brushed Oak Beige on Thermacoustic 3mm Underlay over existing tiles
* Supplied & installed Champagne Trims
* Dropped quad off to be painted by customer prior to installation
