After collecting your gift bag and enjoying some shopping, take time to explore our exhibition of beautifully decorated bras and admire the display of patchwork blocks created by local patchworkers. These blocks will later be sewn into quilts for members of a local breast cancer support group.
You can then visit one or more of the crafting tables and create projects using the many kits included in your gift bag. Along the way, there will be games to enjoy and raffle tickets available to purchase. To finish your day, relax with a delicious Devonshire Tea before heading home.

The 20th anniversary of the AQC is currently on in Melbourne at the gorgeous Royal Exhibition Building. A lovely way to spend the day, a gorgeous quilt display of which some of my favourites & winners are in the photos. A few little purchases had to come home with me too! Nice to catch up & enjoy the company of such talented designers, makers, shop owners & friends. A must see, I hadn’t been in a few years, new shops & lots of loveliness to buy. 💗

Easter Bunny Basket is now available after being released this last weekend. Featuring simple Stitchery & Applique of some cute little Liberty eggs. Small number of fabric only kits available. You can choose whatever coloured threads & stitches you wish to do according to your skill level. Comes with an iron on transfer for you to use on whatever base cloth you like. Perfect for an upcoming Easter Egg hunt! 🐰🥚💗

I posted a few weeks ago this cute little stitchery design called "Bunny Blooms". Since then I have added another one onto a fingertip towel. It will be perfect for upcoming Easter celebrations. I now also stock a small variety of Hoop and Layer embroidery hoops which are fantastic to use for framing & also for everyday stitching if you work with a hoop & there is no screw getting in your way! They come in a range of colours of which I only have a few that co-ordinate with some projects & they can be found under "Miscellaneous" & Embroidery Hoops in my online store. Pattern available now. 🐰🪡🌹🩷

Meet the Lady Aubrey Collection using Tilda's "Songbird" fabric. This range is so beautiful & I almost wanted to keep making more blocks to make a quilt however time constraints brought me back to earth, although it still may happen in the future. Featuring orange peels using Hugs 'n Kisses Easy EPP Iron-Ons & machine appliqued onto the beautiful Devonstone Linen/Cotton background fabric. I even hand quilted the Euro Pillow & Bed Runner using WonderFil Specialty Threads in variegated Perle #8 Eleganza. It was a joy to make. Pattern is now available. 🐦💗

Finally catching up on updating my website with patterns & lots of other goodies this week. Feel accomplished with teaching myself how to navigate the system & not having everything come crashing down! 😂 This is "Baby Stars" quilt from last year which is now available as a pattern & a kit using the same fabrics. It features 18 cute little stitcheries & is pieced by hand using on Instagram 2" hexagon & diamond stamps. It made putting it together a breeze. A lovely gentle colourway that can be used for a boy or girl. I'm about to start another in Liberty fabrics - how pretty it will be! 💕
