A highlight from my visit to LA — the Gores Group building in Beverly Hills. The custom slumped and bent glass panels create beautiful distortion, reflection and movement across the façade, changing with the light and your viewpoint.

It’s functional too — helping control solar heat gain and glare, filtering daylight and providing privacy while maintaining views.

A considered addition to the Ode to Eve and KF+K studio—the Lumi Chair.

We have selected these beautifully handcrafted chairs from Tide Design for our client consultation space. Thoughtfully designed and made to order, they perfectly reflect the timeless, material-led aesthetic we strive to create in every project.

They will be finished in walnut (a choice that will come as no surprise to people who know us), with fabric selections currently on their way before we make the final decision.

With an estimated lead time of around three months, they won’t arrive overnight—but exceptional craftsmanship is always worth the wait. We look forward to welcoming our clients into a studio that is as considered and inspiring as the spaces we bring to life.

Honoured doesn’t quite cut it when describing what it feels like to coordinate a wedding day. To be trusted with something so personal, so layered with meaning - it’s never lost on me.

From the quiet, behind-the-scenes moments to the big, beautiful ones - this role has always been about holding space and keeping everything moving seamlessly.

Finalising timelines, liaising with vendors, managing bump-ins, styling details, cueing music, fluffing dresses, calming nerves, keeping everything on track…and quietly solving the things no one ever sees.

It’s equal parts logistics and intuition. A steady presence so everyone else can simply be present.

Lucy & Tom, your day was magical - effortless, heartfelt, and completely you 🤍

And for me, this one was a little different. My very last wedding. There’s a bittersweetness in closing this chapter - grateful for every couple, every moment, every dance floor, every perfectly timed “go”.

But what a way to finish 🤍
