Good luck to everyone competing at Melbourne Royal! 💙💛

We’ve been busy behind the scenes making the presentation rugs for the 2026 Providence Cup Show Hunter Galloway and Show Hunter Hack classes — Winner and Runner Up.

Wishing all competitors a fantastic show and the very best of luck. 🐴✨

It’s always special seeing these rugs head off to such a prestigious event.

We love seeing the full setup out in the paddock, practical, comfortable and ready for the warmer weather.

Apparently our hay bags are idiot safe… 😂🐴

Although we’re still not entirely sure how this happened!

“Food on the run!” according to his owner. 😂

Love seeing our gear out there being put to the test in ways we never quite intended!

Thanks Angela for the photo! ❤️

Well this made our day! 💙

A lovely message from a returning customer about one of our satin lined cotton rugs:

“I’ve had one of these rugs in 6 foot for 6 winter seasons!!!! Best rugs EVER!”

We never get tired of hearing how our rugs are going years down the track. Thank you Melissa! 🐴🇦🇺

Wide shoulders? Challenge accepted! 💪🐴

Meet Jimmy! ❤️

We were asked what we’d recommend for this lovely wide-shouldered, wide-bodied boy and here’s the result.

A High Plains Rugs Waratah, and the verdict from Jimmy’s owner?

“SPOT ON!” 😍🙌

Nothing makes us happier than seeing one of our rugs sitting just as it should — especially on those harder-to-fit shapes.

Part 2 of this order is now folded, packed and heading off to Patrick Payne Racing.

Another load of Supastop Combos out the door. Thanks for supporting Australian made. 🇦🇺💙

Not quite finished… but getting there! 💙

55 rugs folded and ready on the bench today, with the final few to be added first thing tomorrow before pickup.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing a big order come together.

Thanks to everyone who supports High Plains Rugs. We appreciate every order that comes through our workshop. 😊

On to the finish line! 💪
