Planning a new build or renovation?

One of the smartest decisions you can make is to start planning your furniture before construction is complete.

Whether you’re furnishing a family home, holiday property or investment project, ordering custom-made furniture early can save time, reduce stress and help avoid costly mistakes later.

Too often, furniture is purchased room by room without an overall plan.

The result?

❌ Styles that don’t flow together
❌ Incorrect sizing
❌ Last-minute compromises
❌ Multiple shopping trips
❌ Expensive decorating mistakes

At Sol Island Living, we help clients create cohesive furniture collections for new builds, renovations, holiday homes and investment properties.

From living rooms and dining areas to bedrooms and outdoor spaces, we help bring the entire vision together—ensuring every piece works beautifully within the space and with the overall design.

If you’re planning a project and would like assistance with furniture sourcing, styling and delivery, we’d love to help.
