Here’s a look at the cards I created from this week’s class! 😊
The first card is the original design featured in the instruction workbook that comes with the kit. The second card was made during our afternoon class yesterday, and the third card was created in our online class last night.
One thing I always say is that the more you practise, the more you learn! Every class gives me new ideas and inspiration from the wonderful crafters who join in.
For my final card, I changed the frame to green using Distress Oxide Evergreen Bough after seeing Sue's beautiful version in the afternoon class. I absolutely loved the effect! I also coloured the fan-shaped leaves (I know the name will come back to me eventually! 😂) with Distress Oxide Lumberjack Plaid to match the rose, inspired by Carol's gorgeous card from the afternoon session.
It's amazing how everyone can start with the same supplies and create something uniquely their own. Thank you, Sue and Carol, for the inspiration! ❤️
