This isn’t your ordinary beef jerky. Gazza Downs is a family-run business in Kalgoorlie, WA, making authentic African-style biltong from premium Aussie topside beef — slowly air-dried rather than baked. 🇦🇺🌍

And there’s a beautiful story behind the name ❤️ Gazza Downs was created in tribute to their son Gareth — “Gazza” — born of Africa, raised Aussie, and a lover of the bush and rodeo.
