Look what our team turned around the other day! 🏠✨️

While commercial fit-outs are our bread and butter, we recently decided to apply our complete end-to-end process to a custom home project. See for yourself how it turned out!

We recently completed a multi-block bathroom transformation for Kolbe Catholic College, updating the Year 7, English and HAAS amenities.

To help deter anti-social behaviour while keeping student privacy a priority, we redesigned the layout to open up line of sight from exterior areas into the common sink spaces. To balance this openness, we installed full-height compressed laminate partitioning with rebated doors for maximum cubicle privacy.

From full demolition, structural brickwork, plumbing and tiling to converting the HAAS block into dedicated amenities for both boys and girls, our team handled the entire process from start to finish.

The end result? Bright, durable and highly functional spaces built to keep students safe.

A dedicated lunch room gives staff the chance to step away from their desks and reset, helping to boost wellbeing and productivity. Comfortable seating, warm lighting, and useful appliances can go a long way.

A brand new office for Sal Consultancy! The client’s goal was to transform a warm shell tenancy into a functional consulting space with private rooms and an open plan work area, and we’re thrilled to have delivered! Modern, practical, and welcoming, we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Alan is an Estimator at OFP, responsible for meeting with new clients to establish their vision and estimate the costs of bringing it to life. Personally, Alan gravitates towards brutalism, an architectural style known for its bold, geometric shapes. He survives on a strong long black coffee early in the morning, followed by a White Monster or two to keep him going throughout the day. When he’s not working his magic in the office, you can find him at the gym, camping, or travelling the world!

We swapped fitouts for formalwear to attend Anglicare WA's MEH Gala at the Crown Ballroom over the weekend, celebrating 50 years of Anglicare WA. ✨

The ballroom was decorated beautifully to match the Celestial Grace theme, and all funds raised on the night will go towards Anglicare WA services. We’re so proud to support an organisation making a real difference for people facing life’s toughest challenges.

A massive thank you to Anglicare WA for hosting such a memorable night. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 💙

Meet Janene!

Janene is the Office Manager at OFP - responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly, overseeing day-to-day admin, and greeting clients and contractors. Affectionately known as the office's mother hen, she always comes up with imaginative ways to brighten someone's day.

Janene begins every day with a coffee and cuddle from her furbaby, Karma, and when she’s not in the office, you can find her running around after her teenage kids or at a pilates class!
