It’s my birthday month, so I chose my absolute favourite bird to centre this month’s creative world around 🤍
There’s something unforgettable about them.
The way they move — powerful, effortless, completely at home in the sky.

🌸✨ A little magic, starting from the ground up ✨🌸
I’ve been painting my shoes to match my Bloom Fairy Fantasy Ball outfit… and somewhere along the way, they stopped feeling like shoes and started feeling like part of the story.
Soft petals blooming across the surface, gentle shimmer catching the light, tiny details layered slowly and intentionally — like they’ve grown there over time 🌷
There’s something so special about creating pieces like this. Not just to wear… but to step into a feeling.
A moment.
A version of yourself that’s a little softer, a little braver, a little more magical.
Because if you’re going to a fantasy ball…
every detail deserves its own kind of wonder 🧚‍♀️

There’s a moment in every piece where the personality arrives before anything else… and this one made me smile straight away.
This month’s Mosaic Mail Club companion artwork is a White-bellied Sea Eagle, sketched in a different medium to sit alongside her mosaic counterpart.
She’s observant.
A little playful.
And just cheeky enough to keep things interesting.
If you look closely, you might notice it — that tiny thought behind her eyes…
as if she’s wondering whether she could get away with just a little test nibble.
Not fierce. Not threatening.
Just curious in that beautifully wild, slightly mischievous way.
I love this stage of the process — when it’s still just lines and feeling, and the story begins to quietly unfold.
This is where she starts.
