More rainbow bird mugs. I won’t lie, I’ve gotten a bit obsessed testing glazes to get some rainbow combinations. This is a combination which includes some glazes I already had in the studio, but I’m exploring some Australian/NZ glazes, to try and support local as much as possible.

I single fire for a number of reasons, but it does come with risks. Glazing green ware requires care and patience that I don’t always have. This mug cracked in the glazing, so it will likely find its home in my garden as a planter, or perhaps a bird feeder is more suited.
