We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated, and passionate about design and home improvement. This person is a collaborative team player with a positive, empathetic approach, who can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while building trust and delivering great customer experiences.

The Role:

→ Full-time (Monday – Friday)
→ Immediate Start Date
→ Above award wages
→ Experience is ideal, but not necessary

On a daily basis, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their tile and flooring projects. You will offer expert design advice and product recommendations, manage the end-to-end process with care and accuracy (from quotes to final delivery), and help maintain an inviting, inspiring showroom environment.
