We have had a wonderful two weeks of school holiday trading meeting so many new and lovely families in store! The oohs and aahs abound and it makes all our hard work worth it when the door opens and we hear
"OH MY GOD!". It's the explosion of colour and texture that excites all of us!

Ssh!! Whisper, Whisper!! We are having a NQR SALE of Christmas decorations that have been taking up space in case we get time to add a touch of glue, a pop rivet or when they have arrived Gail is just not happy with the quality (and we all know when she is not happy). The companies give us credits but do not want the stock back due to freight charges!!
So we will be asking "Crazy" money from $2, $5 up to $10 which will all be donated to the Ballarat Soup Bus! So if you do not "LOVE FOOTBALL" we would love to see you here on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th and there will be FREEBIES TOO!! 🤩🤩

I’ve been cleaning the stockroom and found this fabric! It gave me a giggle for the day and it still amazes me, after all these years how the designers keep coming up with subject matter to print on fabric! This one is a classic! Stunning hand dyed silk ribbons, iron on flower motifs, leaf trim that saves a little time, sparkly buttons, sweet decorative wool with flowers and all manner of threads! Fleur Woods lovely book The Untamed Thread that i have read front to back and the stitch with thread or silk ribbon expert, Judith Baker Montano. I tend to pick up these things as I am travelling so there are too many to put online at our website so if you fall in love just call us on 0353359066 and we can send specific pictures to your phones which we do every day these days!
