Coffee choux made vegan 😋. I added a bit of hazelnut praline inside for a bit more « gourmandise ». I made it because we had guests over and I knew they liked coffee. It was actually my first time making a Coffee choux because I am not a fan of coffee. Not a coffee drinker at all but I loved these choux. So light and creamy.
