Postcards from Newcastle - our clients have sent through photos of their house donning its new colour scheme. Whilst there wasn’t anything wrong with the colours when they bought the property, they just didn’t feel it was them.

Lovely morning at yesterday learning all about new products. Fabulous Australian made products in so many stunning finishes. Love the customisation option too.

As an ensuite for the second bedroom this bathroom was teeny tiny. However we managed to tick all the boxes and add loads of storage whilst still keeping the room streamlined.

As summer draws to a close, there's still plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors without the oppressive heat. Your outdoor areas really come into their own in Autumn and Spring. 2026 is now well underway and our suppliers are keen to show their new products and trends. This week I visited King Living and saw the gorgeous new fabrics and colours coming in to store and then to another of our suppliers to look at rugs and soft furnishings. The new colours are all very sumptuous.

Still a work in progress but very happy with how the 1890's cottage at Naremburn is coming along. We're concentrating on how far we've come rather than how far we have to go.
