Another big big day. Lots of laughs,
Lots of sticky fingers, lots of food, lots of new skills learned. Everyone pitched in again to present a wonderful banquet. I look forward to hearing how their sourdough journey goes from here. Well done ladies.

Oh my goodness that was taste. I’m prepping for the sourdough workshop and thought I would get lazy and experiment. I broke half a dozen rules to make this loaf but it was scrumptious. Pepperoni, Parmesan, Colby, jalapeños, sun-dried tomatoes. I may have to bake one of these for the weekend sourdough feast. I hope everyone is hungry.

I week to go but plenty of prep work has started for the sourdough workshop on the 10th & 11th.
