This week at Hope & Autumn for Geelong Design Week
More prep in the space which included hanging more of the new pieces. Welcoming a stunning JANEY FORBES artwork. Finishing a commission. Prep for my workshop tomorrow. Welcoming Nikki McGar | Interior Designer | Geelong & Melbourne into the space for her talk on how to bring art and interior design together. And unfortunately a flat tyre.. also not pictured.. a parking ticket.
The highs and lows.. highs however have outdone the lows! 😳😉☺️

Spotlight on…. the Love Lamp
Seen here in Golden Brown & Natural Stripe and the solid Cloud Blue & Natural.
However if there is a specific colour you have seen in my work or you want to make it work with your space I’d be so happy to chat and come up with a lamp that will work for you.
I Love Lamp. You Love Lamp. We all Love Lamp. 👏🏻💫🧡

My first workshop done and my cup is full. What an absolute please and joy it was to share my favourite thing to do with a wonderful group of people. Despite the crazy weather participants drove from Melbourne, Torquay, Point Lonsdale and locally.
Together we created some Skye Lightly magic. I was so impressed with everyone’s creativity to make a piece that feels uniquely them.
I really hope everyone who came finishes their piece and I look forward to seeing all their pieces hanging proudly in their homes.
I think this is the beginning of another adventure for Skye Lightly.
Thank you to those who came. You are all incredible!!! 🧡💫

To be included amongst so many talented creatives is an honor. I’m also chuffed to be next to the incredible R O W E N A M A R T I N I C H our works look like they were made for each other.
Design Fair is open to the public from 9am tomorrow. ♥️

I have a new favourite custom! Like I actually cannot get enough of this piece. Rich, textured, playful. It’s got some big showstopper energy. Now to part with it. It’s going to be hard. 🧡💫
