Happy snaps on film from my final Central Coast market!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Usedbyyou is moving interstate — yep, you read that right.

Usedbyyou Vintage and Usedbyyou Market were both born and bred right here on the Central Coast over 3½ years ago. What started as a little idea has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and as I grow and venture into new places, my work comes with me.

But this definitely isn’t the end of Usedbyyou on the Central Coast. I’ll still be travelling back, hunting down vintage pieces wherever I find them and popping up at markets when I can. Think of it less as goodbye and more as Usedbyyou getting a fresh start somewhere new.

Moving also means creating more spaces for like-minded people to sell pieces with a story, discover secondhand gems and hopefully inspire more people to shop consciously and keep good stuff circulating.

So, Usedbyyou is officially entering its next chapter.

Central Coast, thank you for backing this little business from the beginning. You’ve watched it grow, supported the markets, bought the clothes and put up with me turning up with racks of random s**t and a 6 pack a beers to celebrating the day.

Now… Sunshine Coast, let’s see what you’ve got.

There will never be another Dolly. Beyond the music, she was such an incredible fashion icon — the big hair, rhinestones, sequins, tiny waists, flares, boots and all the sparkle.

Her style was bold, feminine and completely her own. So much of what we love about vintage fashion today can be found in those iconic Dolly looks — playful, glamorous and never taking itself too seriously.

Celebrating my birthday at FTS newy on Sunday. Doodies surprised me with the best passionfruit cheesecake. Sold the most amazing 70’s boots and mums beloved cord jacket. Followed by a couple of cold ones with vintage crew at the Lass. Yeeehaw!
