Hello! I thought it may be about time I reintroduced myself and shared a little about life lately!

Hi I’m Erin, mum to 4 and recently I restarted as a Thermomix consultant. I was previously a consultant and team leader for 8 years and whilst I stepped back the last couple of years when my 4th came along and I returned to work and relocated I decided to restart and find my passion again for both wholefoods and the joy that comes from sharing that with others!

We relocated to Lake Macquarie NSW and currently building a healthy home that we will be in forever! 😝 Safe to say it’s been a wild ride and I have learnt a lot along the way!

I’m passionate about low tox products both in the home and what we use everyday- if you want to get started on this journey hit me up!

Breakfast cereals are one of those foods usually filled with sugars, seed oils, lacking nutrients plus often a whole lot of additives and preservatives.

Making your own is easier than you think and such a versatile staple to have on hand that can be used for breakfast, a simple snack or turn into a muesli bar for a simple lunchbox treat. Pair it with Greek Yoghurt and your then getting a whole serve of protein too.

This recipe takes no time to whip up, is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and if your wanting it gluten free simply buy gluten free oats or sub in nuts and seeds and some extra coconut instead of the oats for a low carb or grain free option.

Going to be honest this was whipped up entirely by my daughter so can’t take credit but having a recipe just there with simple steps to follow makes it foolproof for anyone to start cooking from scratch- even your kids!

We Love the local Gluten free Doughnuts from the markets up here and when we pop in to the shopping centre but for 6 of us it costs over $20 a pop!

These are pretty damn good for a quick whip up for afternoon tea made from ingredients already in my pantry.

Certainly missing my cupcake pen in storage though so don’t look too closely at the other side! 😝

Hello!

It’s been a while and as some of you know I stepped back from life as a Thermomix consultant while we have been busy selling our home in Bathurst, relocating to the coast and building our forever home the last couple of years.

Well we are still building our forever home 🤦‍♀️ and while I thought I would wait until I had my dream kitchen to rejoin as a thermomix consultant but realised that was just another excuse!

Relocating is hard to find your people and when I looked at how I met most of my friends and community back in Bathurst it was through thermomix!

So I am back!

I would love to reconnect, and if like me you have lost a little of your thermomix spark I would love to help you love your thermomix again as after moving 3 times, working a lot and life with 4 kids- one who basically eats nothing I make - there’s been a lot more convenience and a lot less “homemade”.

Things may not be as “nourishing” as I once was but avoiding additives and preservatives is something I am trying to get back to by cooking from scratch, keeping it simple and finding joy in food again!

Already I am blown away by the difference of the TM7 and while the first day I felt very overwhelmed by how different it was I’m starting to adjust and already my kids are jumping back into the kitchen- more on that soon!

If you have already upgraded tell me what you love most (and what recipes I should try!) and if your an original Tm5 or TM6 owner I’d love to say hi and reconnect!

I’ll be running some virtual cooking classes/workshops in the next little while as well so let me know if you’re keen to join me!

2025 has been a year! One of the toughest and has stretched us in many ways however we saw God open many doors, answer many prayers and carry us through.

We sold our house in Peel which was a closing of a chapter. Lived in 3 houses, moved twice including up to the coast where we are enjoying exploring new places and beaches however would happily have some warmer weather!

2026 holds many new beginnings with all the kids starting a new school, I’ll be finding a new job and our forever home will hopefully commence in the not too distant future!

2026 I hope to find rhythm, routine and rest along with building a community of friends to share this journey of life with.

The time has come for me to officially hang up my Thermomix apron and close the door on my consultant business that I started 8 1/2 years ago!
It’s been a journey and crazy to think that at the time I had only a 2 year old and 9 month old. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time as a consultant and team leader and the immense amount of incentives and trips I was able to enjoy over that time. But most of all I am grateful for the customers and consultants that became friends and the community that I was blessed to be part of- that I will cherish for life.

I will still be here sharing all things Health, nutrition and gut healing goodness but for now I’ll be focusing on healing, heading back out into the workforce, making tallow balms and family.

I have big and exciting ideas to start my GAPS practitioner business in the future so I will share more of our journey and how you can work with me in this space!

For those that have a thermomix and want more inspiration and support in that space you can follow along and for all local info and tips and tricks!

Thankyou so much to all my customers and followers that have supported me on this journey over the years! I am so grateful for each of you and hope you will follow along for the next chapter!
