Hi, I’m Mitch. I’d like to take a moment to reintroduce myself and tell you a little bit about me and my journey.
I live on the South Coast of NSW, in the little seaside town of Bawley Point. You’ll usually find me at the beach, surfing, fishing, or exploring with my daughter. I love a good café, live music, coffee, traveling, and cooking up a storm.
When I was younger, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I tried a couple of different jobs, but spent most of my free time making surfing videos. This sparked my creative side. Then when I started taking photos, something clicked inside me. I fell in love with capturing real moments and telling people’s stories through photos.
I’ve been photographing weddings and elopements since 2013. My style is relaxed, natural, and focused on honest, emotional moments. I truly love what I do, it never feels like work. Photography allows me to create art from real life, the way I see it. When I have my camera, I’m fully present, focused, and grateful to be doing what I love. Weddings are one of the most special days in your life, and being trusted to capture them is a real honour.
