I asked my very special colleague, Lisa, which brooches from the new collection she loved the most. These are her top choice.

Lisa is an accomplished and acclaimed artist who specialises in work featuring Australian flowers.
Her particular focus is cyanotypes — an early form of photography which she uses to create ethereally beautiful blue images of flannel flowers, grasses, poppies and hydrangeas.
I often have the joy of Lisa’s artwork in the window of the store. We also stock her cards and her beautiful gold-framed cyanotypes, many of which she also embroiders.
Lisa chose one of the blue spotted sun orchid as one of her favourite brooches. It’s the same hauntingly beautiful blues as the colours in her artworks.
