Another beige rug? Well… yes. But not quite. 🤎

The new Norfolk Sand is all about the details — a soft tonal palette, subtle carved texture and a simple border that gives it just enough interest without trying too hard.

It’s one of those rugs that looks understated from across the room, then gets much more interesting when you see it up close.

And yes, it’s every bit as soft as it looks.

Norfolk Sand — now at Rugs N Timber.
Come in and have a feel for yourself at our Belrose showroom.

If only it was actually this easy… 😂

We get asked quite a lot how we get the rugs up on the racks.

Sadly, there’s no magic involved. Just a ladder, a bit of wrestling and occasionally questioning our life choices.

At least they look good once they’re up. 👌

Come and see this Leo Rug (and many many more) in our Belrose showroom.

She’s back 👀

Our Ophelia Rug is back in the showroom — with its mid-century inspired design, warm tones and plenty of texture.

One of those rugs that looks good in photos, but even better when you see it up close.

Come and see Ophelia for yourself in our Belrose showroom.

Same question. Three very different answers. 👀

Are you drawn to the colour and character of Mid-Century Modern, the relaxed feel of Coastal, or the richer, moodier side of Tropical?

We styled three very different rugs to show just how much the right rug can influence the feel of a room:

1 — Ophelia Atelier • Polyester
2 — Parma Coastal • Wool & Cotton
3 — Havana Everglade • Fine Wool

So… which one is more you?

Tell us 1, 2 or 3 below 👇

All three are available through Rugs N Timber, with plenty more to see at our Belrose showroom.

Buying a rug seems simple… until you actually have to choose one.

Size, material, where it’s going and what you already. Have in the room can all make a much bigger difference than you might think.

We’ve put together 5 of the most common mistakes we see - and a few simple ways to avoid them.

And yes, sometimes the easiest way to choose is still to see and feel the rug in person.

If you’re not sure what will work in your space, come and have a look through the range at our Belrose showroom. Bring a photo of your room if you like - we’re always happy to help.

Which one are you guilty of? 👀

You came in for one rug… and left redesigning the whole house.
The dangerous thing about rug shopping?
Once you see what the right size and texture does to a room… there’s no going back.
Visit our Belrose showroom and see them in person.
