Sorry it’s been a while — I’ve been flat out behind the scenes developing some new flavours, and here’s one of the latest!

Introducing THE HAMISH RED EMBER RUB 🌶️🔥

A bold, smoky all-rounder with a touch of heat and plenty of flavour. Perfect on beef, pork, chicken, lamb — or pretty much anything you’re throwing on the BBQ.

This one’s been a bit of fun to put together and I reckon you’re going to love it.

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by the Taste Merchant stall today. Your support, chats, laughs and love for great flavour means the world to us. We’re incredibly grateful for this amazing community that continues to back local businesses. ❤️
We’d also like to give a huge shoutout to the organisers for putting together such an incredible event. What an amazing thing for Mildura — the atmosphere, the food, the people… it was unreal! 👏
We had an absolute blast and feel so lucky to be part of it.
