Minestrone is a a staple in our house as it’s hearty, full of veg and easy to make. It’s a great “clean out the fridge” soup. Today’s veg included broccolini for the first time. You can use GF pasta although I didn’t today. And of course, within a couple of minutes I made pizza dough to accompany the soup. Basic passata, cheese and salami topping. They were a satisfyingly perfect match💚 What was your Sunday night dinner?

This slow cooked Chicken Chasseur is a family favourite💚.

💚I added sliced carrots and frozen peas for some extra veg and served with the Silky Sweet Potato mash..

💚Both dishes are coincidentally from our Cookidoo Skinnymixers collections.

The first thing I made in my TM6 was honeycomb. As a TM31 and TM5 owner I wanted to make something that couldn’t be made in previous models.
💚The TM6 is revolutionary in its capabilities giving anyone who can read the ability to cook amazing dishes!
💚Today at a customer event we made honeycomb and wowed an enthusiastic bunch of ladies who battled the weather to join us. We also did a little cost saving exercise and worked out that 250 gms of honeycomb would have cost $39.95 to buy but only cost $0.94 to make!!
💚Yes, the Thermomix is an investment but the cost savings you will experience every day are undeniable and will give you more than just a financial return on your investment.
