Block print fabric is a centuries old traditional method of fabric printing. Motifs/designs are predominantly carved into wooden blocks, printed by hand using natural dyes and often mud "resist" met
hods, to achieve beautiful block printed fabrics. The printing "anomalies" that you may see on the fabric pays homage to the hand printed method used, adding charm and uniqueness to every piece.
